Lenovo will be added a new projector which is going chance the definition of mobile technology.

Their position has changed to the central area of the cylinder with respect to naterior model, Yoga Tab 2, which has the advantage of being with the "tablet" facing when handling projections.

Just a year ago, Lenovo stunned the world by launching the first "tablet" market incorporating a projector. It was the Yoga Tab 2, with a screen of over 13 inches and a curious cylinder on top that served to accommodate a large battery.

Some doubted that such a new and "strange", the product has continued and came to call it a simple technological experiment. It has not been, and between the new range of computers and tablets Chinese company, the new version of the original device has figured prominently in his presentation at IFA place.

This is the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3, a much improved compared to the previous version, whilst maintaining its essential features. The design remains similar, with the upper cylinder that hides a battery of 10,200 milliamps (18 hours operation) and, of course, the pico projector, the specifications of which, incidentally, have increased dramatically. Also drop back flap remains. Thanks to her, we can raise the tablet at different angles or even hang it on a wall through the center hole of the tab.

Much improved model
The first visible difference from the previous Yoga 2 Pro is the screen, which becomes a more manageable size of 10 inches. And with a resolution of 2,500 x 1,600 pixels, which ensures excellent image quality.

The second difference is in the spotlight. In the first version, in fact, it was placed on one end of the cylinder. That is, he projected laterally contents, an awkward position for the person handling the device. Now his position has changed to the central area of the cylinder, which has the advantage of being with the tablet facing when handling projections. A success.

The projector, depending on the brand, can display images up to a size of 70 inches (50 inches longer than the previous model allowing). That coupled with increased brightness and contrast, makes the experience, short of a TV, is very satisfying. The projector has a capacity of up to 180 degrees rotation, an important detail when it comes to adapting to the projection surface, and the Netflix application is pre-installed, which will see (both on screen and projected), a huge amount of content . As we submit one to test, we will elaborate on this point.

The "tablet" features 4 JBL speakers in the front capable of playing in high definition. Not only that, it also includes a new virtualization system and Dolby Atmos is able to create for the user a surround sound experience and moving. It is the first time a tablet reaches these specifications in this field.

As for the processor, the new Lenovo tablet mounts an Intel Atom x5-Z8500, with 2GB of RAM. The rear camera is 13 megapixels and the front of 5. Among its various functions, we find the Smart Windows 2.0, an application that allows you to perform several tasks at once in simultaneous windows. A very useful and capacity takes the concept of multitasking to another level.

The price of this original device will be 499 euros, but also an LTE version will be available for 599 euros.

Yoga Tab 3
In addition, the Asian firm also presented the standard version of its tablet, the Yoga Tab 3 (no Pro), which has a rotating camera (up to 180 degrees) that allows for photos in unusual angles and hitherto impossible. Tab 3 comes in sizes 8 and 10 inches at very competitive prices: $ 199 for the 8-inch version and $ 299 for 10. In both cases you can choose models with LTE connectivity, with prices of 249 and 349 euros respectively.
