In Neurocomputing academic has recently written a coloumn about Brainprint. Researchers have demonstrated that the viability of relying on the way human brain responds to certain words in place of traditional alphanumeric passwords. The researchers also observed that human brain signals of 45 volunteers as brain can read a list of 75 acronyms.
The main thing is researchers has recorded the reaction of the brain is to each group of letters, which is a special focus on the part of the brain associated with reading and recognizing words. The results is reaction of the participants' brains are differently to each acronym. That's why computer system can easily able to recognize each volunteer with 94 percent validity. Researchers think that brainwaves Could actually be used by security Relevant Products/Services systems to verify a person's identity? .
